Challenge: A university purchased media in-house and through a commodity buying service to secure media space, resulting in uncoordinated one-off insertions. Solution: We created an overall media strategy, consolidating awareness and direct media activities into a single touch point plan. We renegotiated and reconfigured media buys to achieve cost reductions as high as fifty percent.
Result: A higher quality audience and more inquiries.
Indoor Billboard Network Valuation
Challenge: A media company was considering purchasing a network of indoor billboards and wanted to know what price they should offer. Solution: We conducted a full competitive assessment of the space, performed site audits, identified under-leveraged assets, re-built the pricing model, and identified necessary operational improvements. Result: The network was not worth the price it would cost to acquire. Investment dollars were re-allocated to other initiatives with higher ROI potential.
